Research Committees
IASA will create Research Committees (RCs), whose purpose will be to promote and enhance international cooperation and development in the theoretical and empirical research of antisemitism, and to represent their branches of scholarship within the Association and outside it. Each Research Committee will focus on a particular aspect of the study of antisemitism.
IASA may also establish Working Groups and Thematic Groups, depending on the degree of member interest and input.
The Research Council (RC) and the Research Coordinating Committee (RCC)
IASA will establish a vibrant Research Council to represent the Research Committee, Working Groups and Thematic Groups collectively within the Association, and to put forward proposals for the general policy of IASA. The Research Council will advise the Executive Committee on any matters put to it regarding the research functions of the Association and the running of the Research Committee, Working Groups and Thematic Groups, and will coordinate their activities.
The Research Coordinating Committee will decide the issues and sub-issues to be investigated by Research Committee, Working Groups and Thematic Groups. The RCC will help set the agenda for the IASA annual conference, and organize a related call for papers.
